Why do a workshop with toy bricks?

Communication

All your challenges come in at least 3 dimensions. Shouldn’t that be also true for your solutions?

Analysis

Visualize complex correlations and assess your challenges from every possible angle.

Creativity

Send your brain on a journey far off well-trodden-paths.

Strategy

Bricks can help achieve consensus amongst the most heterogeneous colleagues. Together, we will clarify your HOW, WHERE and WHY.

Project Management

Allow all team members to contribute while working focused and open-ended.

Team Building

Help your staff enjoy the benefits of their own diversity.

Crisis Management

Dive in realistic crisis scenarios and learn how to prevent them.

Change Management

With LSP as a catalyst, your staff will turn from being passengers to explorers.

About me

Fortunately, my activities as a workshop facilitator go well along my job as a communicator, working in leading positions for small and medium-sized companies up to international business conglomerates. In more than 12 years, I have enjoyed communicating across medial, cultural and ideological borders.

During that time, I was blessed to meet great people and gain valuable insights in the various sectors. My only condition: don’t be a snitch. My daughters must never know how many bricks I have been hiding from them.

Now you are hesitant?

Is that serious? Can I afford making important business decisions dependent on the outcome of a seemingly playful workshop? Can I block important employees for hours and make them play with toy bricks? The answer is a clear YES. Play is a catalyst for innovation and not opposed to hard and productive work. You will see that at the workshop, at the latest.

Speaking of which, we can arrange that in both German and English languages. Don’t be shy and get in touch. I will be happy to answer your questions at the phone, via mail, skype (stefanjweber), WhatsApp or over a coffee in the Rhine Main or the Rhine Neckar areas around Frankfurt and Mannheim.

Why is this website called „the three stones“?

The title refers to the smallest of all LEGO® challenges, involving only three bricks (2x4, so-called stud bricks) but delivers interesting insights into the method. Now, if you are somewhat curious and ready for a small teaser, get in touch via Mail, Skype or WhatsApp. This particular challenge doesn’t necessarily involve real bricks and works perfectly well with just pen and paper.

I liked the workshop very much and would always recommend it for team-development issues. At first, I was skeptical about the setting with Lego bricks but then changed my mind for the better. At one hand, I totally enjoyed to become creative with Legos again, while on the other, I found the team exchange with colleagues very good, informative and lovely. Many thanks again for this amazing day.

As a professional coach, I have seen many methods but this was a whole new experience. LSP enabled us to turn off our minds and leave the learning to the hands. The results were great!

We were naturally skeptical, if a playful approach could yield serious results – and were positively surprised. Thanks to the Lego elements and the professional facilitation of Mr. Weber, we could dive deeply into the workshop and gain relevant knowledge, that a traditional format would not have yielded. In addition, the concept makes all participants engage at eye-level and ensures a high degree of identification with the results.

I have learned many things – and about myself as well – and I had lots of fun (duck challenge). You were right- even several weeks after the workshop, I can still remember the individual constructions and can derive my colleagues‘ explanations that came with them. Listening to the builder’s translation of what I saw allowed me one or the other change of perspectives which I would have missed otherwise. Many thanks for the wonderful implementation.
